 Sansansun Sports Workflow

Sansansun Sports has a precise and meticulous workflow to ensure that our clients’ concepts are perfectly transformed into real products.

Step 1 – Customer Inquiry Processing: The client sends an inquiry containing a technical data package, order quantity, material preference, or any specific requirements. If our services are suitable for the client’s project, we will assign a dedicated team to assist them.

Step 2 – Quotation: The development team carefully reviews the client’s technical data package and checks with the material supplier. We will then prepare a unique quotation for the customer. The entire quotation process takes about 3 - 5 days. Once the customer confirms the price, we will start sample development.

Step 3 – Sample Development: After the customer approves the quotation, we will make samples to ensure that the design, fit, and quality meet the customer's expectations before mass production.

Step 4 – Mass Production: When all materials are ready, mass production will be carried out in our SA8000 and WRAP-certified factories to ensure that the products meet the highest standards.

Step 5 – Quality Control: The products will undergo strict quality checks, including 100% final production line inspection and AQL standard inspection. We welcome third-party quality inspections for enhanced quality assurance.

Step 6 – Packaging and Shipping Preparation: After completing the quality inspection, the customer's garments will be carefully packed for safe transportation to the customer's designated location by sea or air.

Uniform Collection

Sansansun Sports provides a full range of uniform production services, customizing various uniforms for different industries, such as chef uniforms, school uniforms, and surgical gowns and pants in the medical industry.

We understand the importance of the timely delivery of uniforms to our customers' operations. Generally, the production cycle of samples is 7-10 days (using existing fabrics), and the quotation is completed within 5 days. We ensure fast and efficient communication with our customers, and once all materials arrive, mass production is completed within 30 - 45 days.
